I moved to Australia from Seoul with a camera and a refusal to give up.

I started making content to survive. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. I posted, failed, posted again. Studied the algorithm at 3am. Tested every strategy the gurus told me to try. Most of them were rubbish.

Then one video hit 2.4 million views. That is when I learned what actually stops the scroll. The unglamorous stuff. Small details. The things you only figure out after burning through months of trial and error.

The algorithm read. The photo angles. The Google Business setup. The website tweak that turns a visitor into a customer. None of this is taught. You either figure it out yourself, or you find someone who already did.

Working the Lune Croissanterie floor through every Saturday rush gave me the other half. I know what a tired owner needs. I know what a customer sees in the three seconds before they decide. I read Google, menu, Instagram, website, and food proof as one customer path, not five separate problems.

That is where FLAVA came from. Not a big agency. One operator who has been in the trenches on both sides.

Food, service, motion, space, atmosphere. The proof a stranger needs to walk through your door. Same dish can convert or kill depending on angle and light.

Menu, website, highlights, posters, booking flow. All pointing at the same clear next action. Most venues have five different stories scattered across five surfaces.

Rhythm, not bursts

Recurring shoots, seasonal pushes, stories, reels, Google updates. A schedule that keeps the venue visible through service heavy weeks, not just quiet ones.

One operator, full read

No account manager between you and the work. The person reading Google is the person writing captions is the person shooting the plate. That is the only way the five surfaces actually point at the same thing.
